On Monday October 10, 2022, the national "Sommellerie" final took place at the École de Paris des métiers de la table. 13 candidates and 7 winners. An exceptional 40-strong jury in the presence of Philippe FAURE-BRAC, world's best sommelier and president of the Union de Sommellerie Française.
Congratulations to François Hangard, our assistant sommelier, who has become one of France's top sommelier apprentices.
