Cancellation policy :
Cancellation at least 15 days before arrival: the 50% deposit is reusable for a period of 1 year from the date of cancellation for a future stay. Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival: the 50% deposit is retained and cannot be deducted from any subsequent booking. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date, in the event of no-show, modification within 7 days or early departure: the full amount of the room will be charged. Please note that all cancellations must be made by e-mail. No cancellation requests will be accepted by telephone.
Online booking
The general terms and conditions of sale and cancellation relating to online bookings or booking requests are specified in the relevant forms. You can request a copy of the terms and conditions at the above address. Online booking solutions require you to tick the box "acceptance of terms and conditions" before any purchase.
n accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, customers are reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The Conditions of Sale for the rate booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking. Tourist taxes, if any, will be specified on the establishment's invoice. They are not included in the amounts indicated at the time of booking. SAS YOANN CONTE BORD DU LAC cannot be held responsible for setting these taxes.
