An enchanting setting on the shores of Lake Annecy
Each of the 11 rooms and suites at "La Maison Bleue" features balconies and terraces offering splendid views of the surrounding countryside. Thanks to the exceptional exposure of "La Maison Bleue", the sun's rays are reflected in the white linen and cotton curtains. As night falls, the softness of the blond woodwork marries perfectly with the comfortable bedding, an ideal invitation... in this dreamy landscape!

Chalet Superior Room
After climbing a few steps, this ± 20 m² attic room welcomes you into its cocoon. This Superior room features a Queen-size bed, a bathroom without shower but with a beautiful balneotherapy bathtub. Its private balcony overlooks our lake and mountains.
Contemporary Superior Room
Our contemporary superior room (approx. 30 m²) has a private balcony with a fantastic view of Lake Annecy. Our contemporary superior room has a Queen Size bed, an Xbox One, an I-pad and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room is also suitable for disabled guests.
Chalet Junior Suite
Idéales pour séjourner à deux, nos Juniors Suites chalets de 35 à 45 m² bénéficient d’un balcon privatif avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Elles sont dotées d’un lit King Size d’une douche et/ou d’une baignoire. Un couchage supplémentaire est possible via le canapé convertible.
Contemporary Junior Suite
Nos Juniors Suites Modernes de 30 et 50 m² disposent d’un balcon privatif offrant une formidable vue sur le lac d’Annecy. Chaque Junior Suite Moderne est dotée d’un lit King Size, lit twin possible, d’une Xbox One et d’une salle de bain composée d’une baignoire et d’une douche. Idéale pour deux personnes, un couchage supplémentaire est toutefois possible grâce à un canapé convertible.
Prestige Suite
Ideal for a family stay, our ± 65m² suite features a ground-floor living room, bathroom with shower and private terrace with splendid lake views. The living room features a convertible sofa that can accommodate an extra bed. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and a bathtub that opens onto the bedroom. A small cabin bed is also located on this floor, ideal for children. This room can also communicate with a Junior Suite Chalet.
Deluxe Suite
Vast and luminous, the ± 65m² suite features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a balneotherapy bathtub. Located on the side of the Maison Bleue, the private terrace offers panoramic views of the lake and Annecy mountains. The lounge area, separate from the bedroom and also benefiting from a lake view, has a Queen-size alcove bed and a bathroom with shower.
