Immersion with the PSIG

On December 14, 2022, we had the pleasure of sharing and experiencing a day of immersion within the Annecy-le-Vieux PSIG (Peloton de Surveillance et d'Intervention de la Gendarmerie) to discover their world.
A day to understand and observe at close quarters the operations carried out by the PSIG, whose main activities are to ensure security in sensitive areas and combat crime.
On our arrival, we were welcomed on the premises to discuss and discover the resources and equipment available to them.
After getting to grips with the operation and getting to know the site, we were able to witness a real staging operation.
With a fictitious weapon in our hands and our hearts racing, we were able to carry out an exercise with a member of the PSIG, preparing our units for real-life operations. Remarkable military know-how that immersed us in a real operation to combat crime.
This incredible experience with the PSIG team has enriched both our professional and personal experiences.
