A look back at a 36-hour marathon

First stop, Paris:
On October 3, we attended the annual meeting of the Collège Culinaire de France, a great day of exchange and sharing. A meeting with exceptional artisans and producers. We continued on to our second stopover in Chambéry for the Chef de cœur meal. A great moment shared with my teams.
Second stage, Chambéry:
Well arrived in Chambéry for the Chef de Coeur event.
A charity meal in aid of the Savoie food bank, with 8 chefs offering a menu full of flavors.
