Our elegant La Maison Bleue hotel, located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting in a remarkable natural setting. One of the few 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it has 11 rooms, including two family suites overlooking the lake.

Job description:

As a Diving Officer (M/F), your various tasks will be:

  • Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment (ovens, fridges, utensils, etc.).
  • Receive, wash, sort, and stack dishes (in and out of the dishwashing area).
  • Check the cleanliness of crockery, cutlery and utensils before putting them back into service.
  • Clean and disinfect the premises (kitchen, wash-up areas, storage areas...).
  • Apply the recommended dosages of cleaning products in compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Sort and transport waste according to current guidelines to the bins.
  • Check that the diving equipment (washing machines...) is working correctly.
  • Ensure the workstation is maintained and kept clean.
  • Assist with the general tidying of the kitchen and common areas.
  • Prepare and sort laundry on departure.
