Our elegant La Maison Bleue hotel, located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting in a remarkable natural setting. One of the few 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it has 11 rooms, including two family suites overlooking the lake.

Job description:
En tant qu’officier plongeur (H/F) vos différentes tâches seront :
- Assurer le nettoyage et l’entretien du matériel de cuisine (fours, frigos, ustensiles, etc.).
- Réceptionner, laver, trier et ranger la vaisselle (entrée et sortie de plonge).
- Vérifier la propreté de la vaisselle, couverts et ustensiles avant remise en service.
- Nettoyer et désinfecter les locaux (cuisine, plonges, zones de stockage…).
- Appliquer les dosages recommandés des produits d’entretien dans le respect des normes d’hygiène.
- Trier les déchets selon les consignes en vigueur et les transporter vers les conteneurs.
- Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des équipements de plonge (machines de lavage…).
- Veiller à l’entretien et à la propreté du poste de travail.
- Participer au rangement général de la cuisine et des espaces communs.
- Préparer et trier le linge au départ.
