Our elegant La Maison Bleue hotel, located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting in a remarkable natural setting. One of the few 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it has 11 rooms, including two family suites overlooking the lake.
You'll be joining a family-run business where people are at the heart of our management. Job description:

En tant que chef (H/F) de notre restaurant Le Roc, vos différentes tâches seront :

    • Acheter de la nourriture et des fournitures auprès de fournisseurs approuvés par l’entreprise et surveiller les stocks.
    • Élaborer les menus et les prix en concertation avec la direction
    • S’assurer que la cuisine et les zones environnantes sont désinfectées et propres conformément aux normes de l’entreprise et aux règlements du code de la santé.
    • Embaucher, former et superviser le personnel de cuisine.
    • Identifier de nouvelles techniques culinaires et présentations
    • Aider le personnel de cuisine à préparer les aliments et à créer des recettes.
    • Avertir mes supérieurs et/ou la direction de tout problème mettant en cause la qualité et l’excellence du service.
    • Transmettre son savoir auprès de ses sous chefs, de ses chefs de parties et veiller à leur bonne intégration.

42-hour permanent contract or other contract on request
