Le Roc presents its Assistant Maître d'Hôtel Sommelier Antony Simon
We are proud to introduce our Assistant Maître d'Hôtel sommelier, Antony Simon, who works in our Le Roc restaurant.
He was one of twelve finalists in the semi-finals of the Maître d'hôtel trophy competition.
This competition is dedicated to service professionals, rewarding excellence in the culinary arts.
The sommelier tests are an essential part of this competition. They assess candidates' skills in tasting, knowledge of beverages and service.
The jury will announce the names of the six candidates who will go through to the final. This will take place on 25 January 2025 during the Sirha international trade fair in Lyon.
