From an early age, Sonny, who is originally from the Jura region, developed a keen interest in television programmes highlighting luxury hotels and the impeccable service they offer.
After completing his A-levels, he decided to take a BTS in Accommodation Management at Thonon-les-Bains, a decision that would give him the skills and knowledge he needed to enter the world he admires so much.
