François is a man with sparkling eyes, passionate about wine and eager to discover new things.
When he joined our team as an intern, it quickly became clear that his thirst for knowledge and desire to learn were unquenchable.
François trained in his home town of Rouen, where he obtained a Bac Pro in Service and Marketing and a BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management. But it was during a grape harvest in Alsace that François, the son of a restaurant owner, discovered the world of wine and decided to make it his vocation.
Always keen to improve his skills, in 2022 he was awarded the title of Best Apprentice in France in sommellerie.
Under the benevolent tutelage of his Sommelier Manager Bastien Debono, François now holds the position of Sommelier for our gastronomic table.
François is always keen to explore different grape varieties, wine-growing regions and winemaking methods, to further develop his palate and hone his tasting skills. He has a bright future ahead of him!
