Our elegant La Maison Bleue hotel, located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting in a remarkable natural setting. One of the few 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it has 11 rooms, including two family suites overlooking the lake.
You'll be joining a family-run business where people are at the heart of our management. Job description:
As Reception Manager, your duties will include :
  • Define company-approved customer reception processes and monitor stocks.
  • Answering questions from the reception team.
  • Welcoming customers and guiding them around the establishment.
  • Welcoming key customers and offering them special support.
  • Carrying out certain administrative tasks (planning, drawing up various procedures, etc.)
  • Acting as a liaison between management and employees.
  • Working to constantly improve the services offered by the reception.
Profile description :
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • To have commercial skills in order to offer the establishment's various services.
  • Knowing the ins and outs of management to coordinate the work of your teams.
  • Proficiency in one or more foreign languages.
  • Be familiar with hotel and restaurant standards.
  • Demonstrate versatility so as to be able to respond to each of the tasks entrusted to them.
  • A sense of responsibility.
  • Rigour and organisational skills.
  • To be naturally focused on customer satisfaction, able to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations to offer them an exceptional experience.
