To achieve this, a specially designed fish tank has been installed on board his boat, minimising the time the fish are kept on ice. The rapid preparation of the fish is carried out by his wife and two colleagues in an advanced-technology laboratory, which significantly reduces the distribution circuit and ensures a high quality of product. quality products.
