I'd like to thank the entire gault et millau team for this incredible evening and the honor bestowed on me by being named Cook of the Year, and I'd even go so far as to say Team of the Year 2024. It's a recognition that fills me with pride and humility. So it's only natural that I should share this honour with my team at La Maison Bleue, my family, our producers and you, dear friends and guests.
