• To create and prepare drinks (cocktails, spirits, hot/cold drinks, etc.)
• Control stock and ensure the bar is set up according to the defined organisation and current procedures.
• To provide a fast, clean, courteous, and quality service.
• Anticipating customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction, making suggestions, and responding quickly and appropriately to customer requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar, lounge and terrace
