Our elegant La Maison Bleue hotel, located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting in a remarkable natural setting. One of the few 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it has 11 rooms, including two family suites overlooking the lake.
You'll be joining a family-run business where people are at the heart of our management. Job description:

As sous-chef (M/F), your various tasks will be :

  • Working with the Executive Chef to develop high-quality cuisine
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in compliance with HACCP standards
  • Define and control the work of the team in the absence of the manager
  • Ensure that the dishes are correctly placed and served in the dining room
  • Helping to achieve product quality and cost targets
  • Relaying communications from the boss to the team
  • Notifying my superiors and/or management of any problem affecting the quality and excellence of the service
  • Pass on their knowledge to their clerks and department heads and ensure that they are properly integrated

42-hour permanent contract or other contract on request
