Our elegant La Maison Bleue hotel, located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting in a remarkable natural setting. One of the few 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it has 11 rooms, including two family suites overlooking the lake.
You'll be joining a family-run business where people are at the heart of our management. Job description:
En tant que réceptionniste, vos différentes tâches seront :
Assurer les check-in et check-out selon les standards de l’hôtel
Assurer le standard téléphonique
Avoir la charge de l’accueil, du suivi et de la fidélisation des hôtes dans le respect des critères de qualité et procédures en vigueur de l’hôtel
Prendre les appels téléphoniques pour les réservations des deux restaurants
Assurer un service haut de gamme et un service personnalisé aux hôtes tout au long de leur séjour
Être garant de la satisfaction client
Assurer la gestion de caisse journalière
