Our elegant La Maison Bleue hotel, located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting in a remarkable natural setting. One of the few 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it has 11 rooms, including two family suites overlooking the lake.

Job description:
As a chef de rang, your duties will include :
- Participating in and supervising the cleaning of catering areas.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the service and the daily MEP tasks.
- Supporting a team of front-of-house clerks by supervising their work (control, guidance, coaching and training).
- Installation of service consoles.
- Bring forward the implementation for the next service.
- Respecting commitments to the environment.
- You will be listening to French and international customers. You will contribute to overall customer satisfaction and well-being.
