A unique encounter, born of passion and the right touch, which will come to life on Tuesday 27 January in the evening, in the intimate setting of La Table de Yoann Conte, in Veyrier-du-Lac.
For this unique evening, a bespoke menu has been imagined to enhance each wine, in an intimate dialogue between substance, texture, and emotion.
The sommelier service, managed with finesse and sensitivity by Bastien Debono, Best Sommelier of France, will orchestrate this delicate interplay between the glasses and the plates, where each pairing becomes a suspended moment.
