Guided by the team and the Aléna family, we were lucky enough to take part in a truffle harvest in the magnificent truffle fields of Périgord. Armed with patience and accompanied by truffle dogs, we discovered the delicate art of unearthing this rare and precious mushroom. Each truffle tells its own story, the story of nature, the land and the expert hands that bring it to light.

This experience is not just about harvesting: it's also a human adventure. This gathering of chefs, producers and enthusiasts was marked by laughter, warm exchanges and a shared love of gastronomy.
