Bastien Debono elected Sommelier of the Year 2025 by the Gault&Millau guide

This award is an exceptional recognition for Bastien Debono, whose passion and talent enrich the experience of our customers every day. His approach goes far beyond classic sommellerie: he tells stories, creates emotions and sublimates each dish thanks to his exceptionally accurate pairings.
Since he joined our company, Bastien has never ceased to impress me with his dedication, his sensitivity and his ability to highlight the work of the winemakers and the richness of our terroirs.
I am delighted to see him receive this distinction, which honours not only his career, but also the values we share: respect for the product, the quest for excellence and the pleasure of passing on our love of gastronomy.
This title, awarded by Gault&Millau, underlines just how essential the role of sommeliers is in the culinary arts. Bastien now joins the great names of French sommellerie, and I'm proud that he is flying the colours of our region and our restaurant.
