Job description:
As a Charcutier/Traiteur M/F, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Receive, check and store raw materials and manufactured products, ensuring traceability.
- Packaging food products (use-by date management, labelling, protection)
- Carry out product cutting and preparation.
- Master the techniques of smoking, salting and making products
- Master meat stuffing techniques
- Master the production processes for charcuterie and delicatessen products.
- Know and apply food preservation methods.
- Carry out all the operations required to process carcasses, from wholesale cuts to cuts ready for processing.

Profile description :
- You have a CAP or BP Charcutier-Traiteur (or equivalent) qualification, and several years' successful experience in the trade.
- Dynamic, organised and responsive, you have a flair for service and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy working in a human-scale environment, where compliance with hygiene and manufacturing rules is essential.
- Rigorous and methodical, you are familiar with food safety standards.
- Always smiling, you're your customers' favourite pork butcher!
- Passionate about your job, you have a flair for customer contact and customer loyalty.
